Oh, dear... This is going to take a bit of explaining back at the depot!
It's May 1949, and there's been a bit of a bash on Cumbernauld Road, with trams and trucks all caught in the chaos.
With the 'caurs' going nowhere, the passengers have disembarked to earwig on the arguments and recriminations. And, of course, with the tramline blocked, 'caurs' will be queuing all the way back to Glasgow city centre.
At this rate, most folk will be lucky to make it home for their tea.
