Taken inGarnetStreet, in 1952, you can almost hear the crunch of the snow as this pair of pals hang on to each other for dear life. One misplaced foot, and they’d both go slipping, sliding and laughing all the way back down to Sauchiehall Street.
If this picture tells us anything, it’s that; if you’ve got good friends, hang onto them!
Rumour has it that this pair were teachers at Garnethill's Glasgow High School for Girls.
